Organoleptic properties
The qualities and peculiarities of Solaris grapes make our wine adaptable to several contexts: aperitifs, starters, fish-first dishes, cheese and many more.
The aromas are intriguing, with an intense and full palate; thanks to 11% alcohol content, the wine is easily drinkable.
To enhance the organoleptic features, we recommend the service at 8-10 °C.
